The designed area is green wedge into the urban structure. The adjacent facades are therefore dealt with as a vegetation wall. Triangle square is covered with triangular tiles that are laid according to the "pinwheel tiling. The design counts with three new objects in the area. Two of them are used for housing and are connected by the elevated platform. The third building is conceived as an educational and enviromental consulting centre and children and youth centre.

Andrea Hlobilová's professional development portfolio consists of ten mandatory parts arranged according to the required structure. The portfolio includes a professional essay on the topic of Collaborative Artistic Creation between Child and Parent in a Ceramics Course. Additionally, there is a summary of the book "Čáry, klikyháky, paňáci a auta: výtvarný projev a psychický život dítěte" by Jaromír Uždil, a professional profile of a leisure-time educator, a case study of the educational institution "Dům dětí a mládeže," and preparation for a leisure-time ceramics course. The author's professional growth is mapped throughout the entire work. She drew from her experiences and milestones documented here during her studies, practice, and from professional literature. The work is designed to be a useful summary of acquired knowledge and the acquisition of new insights beneficial to her practice.

Transformation of a selected DDM after 1989

The subject of this thesis is the examination of the evolution of Youth Centre (Dům dětí a mládeže) in Strakonice since 1989. First, the changes that affected leisure education facilities after the Velvet revolution are described. The description focused on the alternations to the buildings and the management in the last decade of the 20th century, as well as its assertion as one of the main places for children and youths to spend their free time in the city of Strakonice. Next, the activities carried out as well as the forms of leisure education, HR and finance issues and the range of the offered leisure clubs are presented to demonstrate the evolution of the DDM Strakonice in the 21st century.

Factors Affecting the Profesion Development of the Head of DDM and SVČ in the Pardubice region

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. The diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education. It is based on present theoretical knowledge from this field and also its application in organizations. Besides general facts, it presents system of steps necessary for their application of effective management and development of non-profit organization with a view of long-term sustainability. The thesis brings detected results analysis from questionnaire survey about present condition of strategic management in focused organizations and also preview of its possible ways of further efficiency increase in the condition of these school facilities. It offers material to the organizations which want to find journey of change and inspiration for those who want to find further possibilities. Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.

Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.
